meditation + Microdosing*
weekly friday mornings
Starting sept. 11, 2026
7:15 - 8:45 a.M.
Rose Water sanctuary, pdx
Most of us spend our lives trying to think our way into feeling better. This class offers a different approach. Through meditation, community, and the intentional use of microdosing, we'll create space to slow down, bring greater awareness and compassion to our inner world, and gently explore the patterns, emotions, and identities that may be ready to shift.
Whether you're looking to deepen your meditation practice, reconnect with yourself, prepare for a larger medicine journey, or integrate one you've already had, this class offers a grounded and supportive space for growth. No prior experience with meditation or microdosing is necessary. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are.

sunday sangha - monthly meditation
second sunday of every month
12 - 1 P.M.
Escape to Yoga, Sherwood
Most of us know meditation is good for us. But despite our best intentions, life gets busy. We keep meaning to start but never quite find the time. We download an app but struggle to stay with it. The practice slips. Difficult emotions arise. We wonder if we're doing it right. And all the while, the monkey in the mind keeps swinging from tree to tree, convincing us that meditation just isn't for us.
If you've been yearning to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and be supported in community, join us for an in-person guided meditation practice. Whether you're brand new to meditation or looking to deepen your foundation, practicing in community offers support, accountability, encouragement, and the reminder that we don't have to navigate our inner world alone. Together we'll cultivate greater awareness, compassion, and presence while learning how to meet ourselves exactly as we are.
No experience necessary.
This offering is free to members of Escape to Yoga studio and a $28 drop-in fee for visitors.
I came to Missy through a recommendation by my therapist to pursue a meditation practice. In the past I'd struggled to get into a rhythm with meditation and often found myself lost in how to make meditation a part of my life. Missy provided an easy and judgment free group meditation course that navigated me through the basics of meditation and helped me implement a practice in my daily routine. The course was deep, but approachable and has helped me grow my own personal meditation practice beyond what I thought was possible.
